Managing the Different Personality Types in Team Building

We were all born with different traits and each personality compliments another or completely rejects it. That's why when team building it's fundamental to be able to deal with the different personality types for the sake of the team.

As their supervisor, you can encourage them to speak their mind, offer them with adequate advice in the decision making process, check on them occasionally when a deadline is to be met and always have a respectful answer to their questions.
